Third Space Islington is a members-only luxury health club with a dedicated family area. My Ohana was delighted to be chosen to run a new children's crèche facility within Little Space, providing unique experiences for little minds and bodies.

Our experts were involved from the beginning, advising on all aspects of the space, ensuring it met the necessary legal requirements and conducting risk assessments to ensure any areas of concern were addressed prior to launch.

Our achievements

To Mobilisation & Launch

Advised and sourced all of the furniture, toys and equipment needed to create an engaging, child centric and age-appropriate environment
Registered the crèche with Ofsted
Recruited an entire childcare team and handled the HR procedures, including running background checks
Delivered induction training to the team covering our many policies and procedures
Rolled our policies out to the wider Little Space team to ensure there is consistency across the club
Conducted all pre-opening risk assessments on behalf of our client
Spent a week onsite setting up the crèche and running “Meet the Team” sessions for parents

Ongoing

Running training sessions to ensure the continuous professional development of our colleagues
Planning and delivering a range of engaging activities so there are always new and exciting things going on in the crèche
Working closely with the Club to support marketing campaigns to current and potential members
Monitoring the service to ensure it is aligned with the Club’s activity timetables
Ensuring the Club remains up to date on any changes in policy or legislation that affect the crèche
