We solely work with businesses that want to help working parents access great childcare during holiday periods - when time off from school is greater than annual leave allocation.
Whether you have space at your office or need us to find suitable premises, we operate the full scheme during all or selected UK holiday periods like summer, easter and half term. Offering a holiday club ensures your employees remain engaged, loyal and focused when their children are off school.
Our fixed fees enable businesses to factor the costs into their annual budgets with many providing it as part of a salary sacrifice scheme and others subsidising care, making it a great attraction tool for working parents.

About our clubs
Our clubs are specifically designed with our client’s needs in mind, so the hours and activities vary. That said, one thing is the same wherever we deliver a holiday club - having fun!
We offer multi-activity holidays clubs in the form of camps, enabling maximum flexibility for working parents to book one day or weeks at a time.
Our programme provides a blend of activities to meet the needs and interests of all ages of children and each day includes sports, crafts, team games and more, held both in and outdoors. Where groups allow, we split the children by age and give them a choice of activities, and they choose what they do.
Our team are chosen based on personality and individual skills. Whilst we have a number of qualified childcare professionals within the team, we also like to have students from the arts and sporting backgrounds to give the children the very best experiences throughout the day.
All our camps are Ofsted registered and can operate either during every holiday period including summer and Easter, or specific weeks chosen by our client.

How to book
If your employer offers a My Ohana Holiday Club, all eligible employees will be provided with a link to your unique company booking site. When the booking platform opens for the next holiday period you will be notified by your employer, and you will be able to book & secure your childcare in advance.
Your unique company booking site will include the location, opening hours and cost of your holiday club. You will also be required to provide information and give consent for us to hold your family information, as without this consent we will be unable to care for your family.
