Businesses including Superdry and David Lloyd have engaged our management and workplace nursery services to provide childcare that meets the needs of their customers and in many cases, their employees too. From concept through to operation, we have the experience and expertise.
Our financial model is different to most, we charge a fixed management fee or agree a profit share. Clients like this as everyone is driven to grow the occupancy and this creates a strong partnership, which to us, works best.
We continually look to exceed our clients’ expectations with exceptional feedback, innovative programmes, and outstanding standards; all delivered by our extraordinary colleagues.
Where space and location allow, we look to grow occupancy by delivering care for parents in the local community too, as well as seeing if additional services would benefit our families, ensuring a healthy return on investment to our clients.
Nursery care is typically offered Monday to Friday, offering both full time and morning and afternoon spaces, providing parents with permanent early years care and early childhood educational from 3 months to 5 years.
All our nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.
An opportunity to help employees make considerable savings on their nursery fees at little or no cost to you.
A workplace nursery partnership is a great benefit that can be offered when you do not have the space or numbers to provide a provision at the workplace.
How it works…
We work with you to identify both demand and locality for your nursery partnership and share with you the eligibility conditions and tax legislation requirements. Whether it’s within one of our own nurseries or through a nursery better suited to your needs; we do the hard work, providing you with complete peace of mind.
Once the nursery is chosen, you agree to underwrite an agreed number of spaces and we work closely with you to promote and onboard employees, enabling them to save upwards of 32% on their nursery fees. The costs to the employer for supporting the scheme are recouped from savings in the employer’s national insurance contributions.
Our example is based on a monthly nursery fee of £1,200 per month:
Annual Salary | Employees monthly saving | Annualised | Employer monthly saving | Annualised |
---|---|---|---|---|
£30,000 | £384 | £4,608 | £166 | £1,987 |
£65,000 | £504 | £6,048 | £166 | £1,987 |

As an employer you contribute to financing the nursery on an annual basis and participate in regular reviews, all coordinated and managed by us, making it easy for all parties to engage and benefit from the partnership.
We work with you and the nursery to ensure the scheme is correctly set up, provide all communication tools, advise on eligibility and enrolment policy, host employee engagement sessions, and make sure you are getting value from the spaces belonging to you.
