Weekly fees will be paid monthly, in advance, by direct debit, on the first working day of the month, and will be based on pre-booked sessions x session rate, this is known as your booking pattern. Our invoices are issued mid-month for the following month via our parent app ParentZone. A minimum booking of 2 days or 4 sessions is required. Monthly invoices will vary.
If your child joins within the month you will be required to pay for the remainder of the month and after the 15th of the month the following month too by BACS or debit/credit card. Our nursery cannot accept cash.

For part time places we use a calculation of cost of session x number of sessions x 51 weeks / 12 months and for full time places we use the cost per week x 51 weeks of the year / 12 months. This provides you with a regular monthly fee. Our invoices are issued mid-month for the following month via our parent app ParentZone. A minimum booking of 3 days or 6 sessions is required and must include either a Monday or Friday.
However, fees will be charged per session attended for the month when the child starts Nursery (if this date is not the 1st of the month), leaves Nursery (if this date is not the end of the month) or has a booking pattern change within the month.
